Learn more about GENEO's Lean Consulting and Software

Our team believe in our values and this is the key to the success of all our work; from Lean consulting and training to software creation.

We recognise that Lean consulting is about culture, and culture is about people, which is why we put our people at the heart of everything. GENEO has applied the Lean principles to every aspect of our business. We used the agile approach for software development, meeting our ISO9000 standard goals.

Our experience stretches across two decades of hands-on Lean implementation starting with the founders of GENEO Software: Mark Radley and Tim King. GENEO's Lean consulting team has experience across heavy industries, mining, aviation, automotive, pharma, medical devices and logistics. All of their tacit knowledge has helped build a suite of software applications made with the Lean customer in mind.

GENEO's Lean consulting and software business is growing fast with a presence in the USA, UK, Australia, Denmark and Germany. At the heart of everything we do, we know that putting our people first will best serve our customers today and in the future.

We have channelled our knowledge and expertise to create a unique platform to help companies create a digital twin of their operations. Our platform enables operations to rapidly capture and control standardised work at the element level of the operation. Its never been easier to regain control of your operational excellence journey.

Our team of Lean Consultants have decades of experience across a range of industry sectors. Sustainability is our mantra. Our risk-prevention method of improvement begins by enabling change through leadership workshops to agree the Lean strategy and the Operating System . By reviewing the principles of Lean, its benefits and consequences, we can avoid expensive mistakes before full operational deployment. We will demonstrate by ‘doing’ and building a model for your business which your leadership and workforce can learn from. This model will relate to your company’s needs and the important needs of your clients. Finally, our lean consultants will help move your company from the initial model to a broader deployment with sustainable results.
