GENEO is chuffed to bits to be launching GEN-OPs1 - our SaaS platform for brilliant standardized work.

Bladon makes a unique product to support the tele-market. Their micro-turbine powers masts in remote locations.  The masts that provide our telephone coverage are dotted across the globe and on many occasion, the only answer to powering them comes from a generator.  Bladon's unique micro-turbine has an extraordinary reliability with minimal maintenance.  Now they have moved to Leamington, GENEO Software is in a position to support their op-ex journey.

Paul Bassett is the newly appointed COO for Bladon. Paul first came across the GEN-OPS1 platform with his tenure in Jaguar Land Rover. From a GENEO Software perspective, Bladon is an exciting prospect as Paul drives the operational excellence journey and sees GEN-OPS1 as key for providing the foundation for brilliant standards, driving quality and productivity, and keeping people safe in the workplace.

With GEN-OPS1 launched in Bladon in July, and with the proximity of Bladon to GENEO Software's Head Quarters, our software team are keen to showcase all aspects of the GEN-OPS1 functionality.  With Bladon's recent move from Coventry to its new facility in Leamington Spa, Paul has been keen to ensure a full operating system for continuous improvement is working effectively.  GENEO is keen to integrate its SaaS platforms to support the Andon systems, Short Interval Control for production and workplace organisation. As the deployment of GEN-OPS progresses, Bladon will look to use TEMPO to drive ramp-ups in production in the near future.

"We are looking forward to matching our world class product with the GEN-OPS1 platform.  We want to maintain excellence with agility and we believe GENEO's software platforms will help us face the economic challenges ahead."  Paul Bassett, COO, Bladon.
