Problem Solving and Decision Making


Individuals that contribute to the overall Problem Resolution Process within their organisation.


  • To develop knowledge and understanding of solving problems techniques and decision making processes as required by organisations.

  • Identification of what information is relevant to specific decisions
  • Simple decision making techniques
  • Effective presentation of a case – ie, providing facts and evidence, not just opinion
