Tim King
Director & Partner
Fuelled by the challenges he faced as the managing director of his own manufacturing company, Tim founded GENEO in 2007. His vision was the pursuit of software solutions that encourage operational excellence.
Tim’s career started as a graduate with Kimberly Clark in product development. After 12 years he left Kimberly Clark and started his entrepreneurial journey.

Mark Radley
Director & Partner
Mark firmly believes that GENEO’s lean enterprise system is a powerful solution to the problem of sustaining lean initiatives. Among other things, the system provides leaders with a platform by which to harness the full potential for scalability of continuous improvement across all aspects of their organisation.
With 20 years of lean and operational excellence experience, formerly as a production manager with BAe Systems and most recently in consulting, Mark has experienced lean transformations in most sectors. In the last few years, Mark’s role has been geared toward strategic deployments across large organisations facing geographical and cultural challenges with sustaining lean.

Mike Slinger
Director - GENEO Consulting
Mike has an impressive record of improving business performance and success across a number of manufacturing sectors while working as a senior executive. He’s achieved this through developing and implementing strategies, increasing turnover, significantly improving manufacturing efficiency, reducing overhead costs, re-engineering business systems and re-structuring organisations. He also has proven skills in business strategy development and implementation, and motivating staff to achieve business goals.

Matt Deaves
Director - GENEO Software
With a strong and diverse background in software development, Matt’s extensive knowledge covers systems, servers and code. Alongside this, his proven experience in areas such as automated and user testing processes, hands-on problem solving approaches, effective requirements gathering, and customer liaison and account management, ensure he achieves outstanding customer satisfaction and system reliability every time.

Chris Jones
Director - GENEO Consulting
Since leaving Toyota in 2003, Chris has turned his knowledge of lean towards benefiting clients across diverse value chains, from mining/smelting, healthcare and automotive to pharmaceuticals. With ten years of lean consulting with Fortune 100 clients, Chris has the expertise to secure lasting, sustainable improvements for clients keen to embed their customised approach to Lean.

Bob Newton
Legacy Data & Systems Training Manager
Bob manages the Legacy Data and Systems TrainingTeam for the GENEO application across the globe. Bob’s engineering and teaching background has enabled him to build an efficient ramp-up process to hand the controls of the GENEO system over to clients in a matter of weeks.

Chris King
Director - Geneo Homes
Chris has been involved in construction for 30 years and has a passion for fast-build assembly. With experience of construction in the US, Netherlands and the UK, Chris has been developing the GENEO Build Management System, a natural extension from the existing GENEO enterprise software.

Ian Mountford
Director - GENEO Software
Ian has extensive experience in senior management within the automotive sector in manufacturing and HR roles. He has also provided business advice, coaching and guidance to the broader manufacturing sector through the government’s National Skills Academy and the Chambers of Commerce.

Lead Front-end Developer
James is a talented developer and web designer with more than 10 years experience of designing and building software and websites for high profile customers, such as Barclays, Morrisons and the NHS. His expertise in graphical design and with user interfaces ensure an easy and pleasurable experience for users, dramatically transforming the way they work for the better.
