GENEO was set up in 2007 to pursue software solutions for operational excellence. Since then, our team has steadily grown to become a dynamic and vibrant team of Lean and operational excellence experts and enthusiasts, with experience in a wide range of sectors.

We’re truly passionate about all aspects of lean and operational excellence, including lean manufacturing and lean leadership. Lean applies to any process in any business; we know only too well how beneficial it can be and what a difference it can make to anyone, anywhere.
